Menu and specialities
At Strandpaviljoen De Zeester you start the day with a good cup of coffee and apple pie from local pastry chef George Vis, or settle in for an extensive lunch with a good glass of wine. The menu is broad: from filled rolls (mature cheese, farmhouse ham, homemade tuna salad, crab salad, smoked salmon with cream cheese) to toasted sandwiches, snacks and bar snacks.
For bigger appetites, the menu also features hearty lunch dishes such as Loaded Fries with beef stew, a Sloppy Joe, a fresh beef burger and warm smoked salmon. The house speciality is the Salade Zeester, a mixed salad with smoked salmon, crayfish and crab salad.
