DESCRIPTION:From August through October\, the Bollenstreek is all about the Dahlia Festival. One of the activities is the annual Dahlia Mosaics Weekend. In 2026\, work on the mosaics starts on Friday 29 August. On Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 August the flower artworks can be admired. During this weekend\, around 115 artworks made of dahlia flowers are on display across the Bollenstreek. These artworks can be visited free of charge. There is a cycling route along the flower mosaics. The map below shows all the dahlia mosaics and (flower) attractions. \n\n\n\nDahlia Days Programme\n\n\n\n\n27 August: Flowers are collected and\n\n\n\n27 & 28 August: creating the mosaics\n\n\n\n29 August: All mosaics are on display\, judging takes place. Start of the various cycling and walking routes along the mosaics.\n\n\n\nThe Dahlia Mosaics Competition award ceremony will take place on Saturday 29 August at 5.30pm at Landgoed Kasteel Keukenhof in Lisse\n\n\n\n29 & 30 August: cycling and walking routes along the mosaics\n\n\n\n\nDahlia Routes\n\n\n\nA cycling route has been created that takes you past the dahlia activities.
